The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for travelers to commute. the espresso coffee machine at reception is a nice touch, and the freshly cooked, order, to, room service is decently. Some rooms are clean and spacious, and water heaters function well.

The staff's attitude is a turn, off. the front desk staff is rude and unhelpful, while room service can take up to 20 minutes to respond to requests.
